Several UnityPoint at Home hospice professionals, including medical director Rebecca Lachenmaier, director Monica Frentess, clinical supervisor Sarah Borgeson, social worker Leslie Schulte, chaplain Dave Swinton, and nurses Molly Ritter, Kim Tasler, Nikki Colby and Lindsay Fluharty will explain the services they provide at the Community Conversation Thursday, Nov. 3, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson.
Light refreshments will be served at 5 pm, with the discussion at 5:30. All are welcome; the event is free.
